1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all digital products (game keys, software licenses, and digital content) purchased through AMT Digital Store.

2. Digital Products

Since our products are digital license keys delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a digital key has been revealed or activated, it is generally non-refundable.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • The product key is invalid or does not work at the time of delivery.
  • A duplicate key was delivered.
  • The wrong product was delivered due to a system error.
  • The purchase was made fraudulently without the account holder's authorization.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • The key has been successfully activated on the target platform (Steam, Origin, etc.).
  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • The customer's system does not meet the game's minimum requirements.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
