Where is my digital key/account? +

Delivery is instant! As soon as your payment is confirmed, the system (Digiseller) automatically emails you the product details. You can also view your paid items anytime via the 'My Purchases' link.

How do I activate my product? +

Each product comes with specific instructions. Generally, for Steam Offline accounts, you will receive login credentials. Log in to Steam, download the game, switch Steam to 'Offline Mode', and play. Do not change account details.

What if the account password changes? +

As part of our Lifetime Support guarantee for loyal customers, if you lose access, simply contact us with your Invoice ID, and we will provide a replacement or updated credentials immediately.

Do you offer refunds? +

Since these are digital products, refunds are generally not possible once the key is viewed. However, if the product is proven validly defective and we cannot replace it, we will issue a refund. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
